Zelenye Linii Kaluga agro-industrial complex − a raw material resource base for business development
The agro-industrial complex includes: farm fields to grow cereal crops and multi-year grasses; a dairy farm; a laboratory and greenhouse complex to cultivate young fruit & berry plants and seed potatoes by using the clonal micropropagation technology; fruit tree nursery; apple orchards and berry plantations; an apiary to produce honey and royal jelly.
Innovation and technology center (ITC) −an intellectual platform for business development
Experts of the ITC work closely together with the SOUYZSNAB technologists to handle the following tasks:
- improvement of existing recipes and production technologies;
- creation of recipes tailored to customer requirements;
- development of new products and technologies.
Modern equipment, significant research experience and qualified personnel make it possible to perform tasks of any complexity within the approved programs of development.
The ITC comprises three units:
Testing Laboratory Center
The testing laboratory center accredited by the Federal Agency of Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rostest Moscow) conducts a variety of food-related research in line with existing international and Russian standards (GOST, TUF, ASTM, ISO, etc.), performs analyses of food items in order to verify compliance with manufacturer's documentation, develops and implements new techniques and procedures in accordance with the priorities of R&D department.
R&D Department
The R&D department includes eight specialized divisions, whose employees work on developing new products and production methods.
Every year we update our groups of products by about 30% and enjoy success of more than 300 implemented customer projects.
Production Laboratory
The laboratory is responsible for quality and safety control of raw materials and the finished products.
