The production of the AiBi® probiotic cultures are based on the strains of Russian origin, isolated from natural sources. This provides a high adaptability of the cultures to gut microbiota in domestic consumers.
Properties of AiBi® probiotic cultures::

Limitations of AiBi® Probiotic Cultures application
High temperature (from 65°C and above) leads to denaturation of cell protein.
Subzero temperature (from 0°C and below) affecting systems with a moisture content more than 15% leads to the formation of large ice crystals, which tear up the cells (exception - freezing): for example, products subject to freezing after the addition of a probiotic.
