Experts of SOYUZSNAB Group of Companies have developed natural preservatives without E numbers especially for meat industry to fight effectively against sanitary indicator microorganisms and increase the shelf life of meat products

 

AiBi 1.50 K Fermented Glucose and AiBi 1.01 L Natural Preservative are the products of natural origin manufactured by Zelenye Linii’s own production laboratory. The growth medium consisted of sugars is fermented during the cultivation of lactic acid bacteria. In the course of this process, they increase their weight and release sugar derivatives, namely acids and their salts: propionic, lactic, acetic acids and other bactericides into the medium. The final filtration separates the lactic acid bacteria from the medium in order to get the amount of microorganisms necessary to produce starter cultures for dairy industry. And the medium with all its pathogen suppressive ingredients is dried out and concentrated. The gained powder contains a lot of active ingredients, and can be easily used in the production of foods.

AiBi® preservatives have been successfully tested in several meat and poultry products and proved to be effective against sanitary indicator microorganisms. Today, with AiBi® preservatives manufacturers are able to produce foods with a clean label and shelf life sufficiently long to be sold through retail networks.
