Protective cultures
AiBi® protective cultures are designed for supplementary application to prevent products from harmful bacteria and spoilage organisms. The protective cultures should be inoculated together with starter cultures.
Functionality:
- Increased safety of dairy products.
- Extended shelf life with no preservatives being used.
- Resistance to cold helps the cultures preserve antagonistic effect against sanitary indicator microorganisms even in the refrigerator.
