Many years of SOYUZSNAB GC experience in supplying ingredients from the world's leading producers and in-depth understanding of the Russian food industry have become the basis for developing AiBi® own bacterial culture collection.
- 2018 Establishment of a new automated production facility with the production capacity of up to 7 tons a month, introduction of the “Golden package” cultures and the Golden Line brand.
- 2017 Introduction of the new effective measures to improve the profitability of production and improve the quality of starter cultures.
- 2016 Creation and introduction into production of the assortment of natural bacterial preservatives without the "E” numbers for food products "with a clean label”.
- 2015 Creation of AiBi® Golden Time starter cultures with an accelerated fermentation time and a higher level of milk adaption ensuring a premium creamy taste of fermented milk products.
- 2014 Establishment of a bacteriophage monitoring laboratory. Commencement of the work to create encapsulated probiotics for various sectors of the food industry.
- 2013 Establishment of a new bacterial cultures production workshop with a capacity of 1 ton per month. Start of bacterial cultures export to the USA and China.
- 2012 Establishment of a Biotechnology Center, strain selection automation and introduction of strain express identification.
- 2011 Commencement of the work to create a range of probiotic cultures for the dairy industry.
- 2010 Commencement of the work to create a range of starter and protective cultures for the meat industry. Active horizontal and vertical development of the starter cultures portfolio for the dairy industry.
- 2009 Commencement of the work to create direct starter cultures for hard cheese and yogurt production. Start of dairy protective cultures development.
- 2008 Commencement of the work to create and introduce starter cultures for direct inoculation for the industrial production of sour cream, cottage cheese, ryazhenka, matsoni, and soft pickled cheeses.
- 2007 Establishment of a starter cultures production in Krasnogorsk (Moscow region). Commencement of the work to create and introduce a line of starter cultures for direct inoculation to be used in the production of kefir products.
- 2006 Establishment of a microbiological laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art process and measuring equipment. Commencement of the breeding work for strain isolation, deposition in the Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms.
