Probiotic cultures

Probiotic cultures

AiBi® lyophilized concentrated probiotic cultures contain beneficial microflora in the amount of at least 1х1010 CFU/g. Clinically tested. By the end of shelf life, the finished product contains a minimum of 1×107 CFU/g of Lactobacillus and a minimum of 1×106 CFU/g of Bifidobacterium.

AiBi® Probiotic Cultures should be introduced under aseptic conditions into a tank with the milk mixture at the temperature of the product fermentation. AiBi® Probiotic Cultures ferment milk slowly, therefore they do not replace the primary starter, and are used as additional protective cultures.

Dosage

The dosage of AiBi® Probiotic Cultures is listed on the packaging: the contents of the packaging labeled "500 liters" should be introduced into 500 liters of the standardized milk mixture.

Packaging

Aseptic packaging.

The production of the AiBi® probiotic cultures are based on the strains of Russian origin, isolated from natural sources. This provides a high adaptability of the cultures to gut microbiota in domestic consumers.
