Participation of Soyuzsnab Group of Companies in the IFT Food Expo 2018 in the US

On July 16-18 the Soyuzsnab GC together with its distributor The Ingredients House (TIH) company took part in the IFT Food Expo, hosted by Chicago, IL.

The TIH’s stand attracted a lot of experts dealing with various tasks. Throughout the duration of the exhibition, everyone could come and enjoy tasting dairy products with AiBi starter cultures, such as:

- Kefir (AiBi Golden Time 22.11 KEFIR F, AiBi Golden Time 22.10 IRISH, AiBi Golden Time 26.10 starter cultures);

- Drinking and desert ryazhenka (AiBi Golden Time 4.44 starter culture);

- Greek style yogurt (AiBi Golden Time 22.44 and AiBi Golden Time 22.40 starter cultures);

- Quark (AiBi 20.12 FS, and AiBi 30.44 starter cultures);

- Non-dairy yogurt (AiBi 22.50 Low starter culture);

-‘Rossiyskiy’ cheese (AiBi 30.11 A, 30.11, and 30.11 N starter cultures);

- ‘Сhechil’ cheese (AiBi 4.01 М starter culture).

Most of product samples were provided by American customers. Visitors of the stand commended the AiBi starter cultures providing excellent quality and taste of the final products.

At the exhibition, the SOYUZSNAB Group of Companies presented an innovative solution − a unique starter culture AiBi Golden Time 4.01 SWEET which allows the manufacturers to produce 100% lactose-free dairy products, improve the taste of dairy products giving them a pleasant sweet note without the need to add sugar, and eliminate the excessive sour taste during storage of the product.

One of the key trends in the US food market today is clean label. To tap into this trend, Soyuzsnab offered АiBi 1.50, a versatile natural preservative approved by the USFDA and having obtained the GRAS status.

Sales of АiBi 1.50 Fermented Dextrose have been constantly growing in the US, and the IFT Food Expo has just proved the relevance and high demand for this innovative product.

The features of starter cultures and AiBi natural preservative were discussed at negotiations with a large number of food manufacturers of the USA. Many customers have already shared good results of laboratory and industrial trials of their products with AiBi.
