The Cheese Festival
There were about 180 farmers, including 40 farmers from Moscow region, who presented 30 tons of cheese. This festival called “4 years of sanctions”. The festival management reports that more than 37 thousand guests visited the event for the first two days.
Experts of the group of companies “SOYUZSNAB” presented to the festival participants not only curd cheeses DenCheese®, but also the whole complex of starter and probiotic cultures for fermented milk products, including in sticks for home use. In order to assess the quality of the culture starters, was held a tasting of yogurt, kefir product, cottage cheese, sour cream. Aside from that, enterprises producing AiBi® cheese in starters kindly provided us with samples of their products, which were also shown to the festival participants. The organizer of the festival Oleg Sirota presented The Green Lines LLC as the only Russian producer of the starter cultures.
Maria Belkova, the head of the biotechnology center, made a presentation on AiBi® bacterial cultures - the history of production development, the creation of innovative developments, future plans for the production of not only freeze-dried starter cultures, but also frozen ones. These plans were supported by the Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyev, who was happy to taste our products.
One of the key points of the festival was the preparation of "All-Russian Farmer Pizza" of 150 different types of cheese from 100 Russian producers. Our cream cheese DenCheese Lux (K) has also become an ingredient for this pizza! The record was officially fixed by representatives of the Russian Book of Records!
