The participation of group of companies “SOYUZSNAB” in Food Expo2018, Greece
The group of companies «SOYUZSNAB» took part in Food Expo 2018, held in Athens on 10-12 of March, 2018. Food manufacturers from all over Europe have shown great interest in protective AiBi cultures, cultures for feta cheese, cultures for semi-hard yellow cheeses, and cultures for Greek yogurt.
According to the results of the exhibition, the largest manufacturers of feta cheese began testing the protective and starter cultures Aibi for feta. The production trials were successful! A number of Greek manufacturers continue industrial testing of our cultures. There were already received positive test results.
