For the third consecutive year, the cheese festival takes place over three days, from Friday, 3 August to Sunday, 5 August 2018 at the Oleg Sirota’s cheese dairy “Russian Parmesan”, located in Dubrovskoye village, Istra district, Moscow region. This year, the group of companies SOYUZSNAB were among the participants with own-produced DenCheese® cream cheeses and AiBi® starter cultures.
The group of companies «SOYUZSNAB» took part in Food Ingredients China (FIC) - an international trade show focusing on food additives and ingredients, held in Shanghai on 22-24 of March, 2018. We presented our stand with food ingredients for bakery, dairy, confectionary and ice-cream manufacturing.
Currently, the market for milk and dairy products is saturated with many manufacturers who offer a wide range of yoghurt and yoghurt drinks, focusing on the market demand and the basic preferences of a wide range of dairy consumers.
The event took place in Nantong (China) and was attended by the representatives of bakery enterprises. The seminar included a demonstration of cottage cheese based bakery and pastry products, Denmilk Vanilla Mix for Soft Ice Cream and toppings, as well as a discussion about the beneficial properties of cottage cheese and its use in various food stuffs. The customers familiarized themselves with the cottage cheese based product range and consider including the novelties into their own assortment.

A growth medium consisting of sugars is fermented during the cultivation of lactic acid bacteria. In the course of this process, the bacteria increase their weight and release sugar derivatives, namely acids and their salts: propionic, lactic, acetic acids and other bactericides into the medium. The final filtration separates the lactic acid bacteria from the medium in order to get the amount of microorganisms necessary to produce starter cultures for dairy industry.
